Real Time Reporting (RTR) at Conferences

As with Electronic Notetaking, our Live or "Real Time" reporting service can be used by people who are deaf or hard of hearing.

This service can especially be beneficial to foreign delegates whose first language is not English. A summary of the speaker's words is projected onto an overhead screen enabling an audience to follow proceedings in real time.

This service can be used in both professional and academic environments. At the end of the event the client (conference organisers) will be provided with a full transcript of the notes.

It is best practice for conference organisers to incorporate Real Time Reporting for delegates. This promotes inclusiveness and ensures that all attendees get the maximum out of the conference material.
